If you are a Consumer, within 14 days of completing the transaction, you have the right to cancel the contract and request a full refund without providing any reason. You simply need to notify us through clear contact information.
If you purchase digital content, and the content is downloaded, streamed, or otherwise transmitted/accessed, this means the contract has begun performance, and at that moment you will lose your right to cancel the contract within the 14-day cooling-off period. This provision only applies when you have explicitly consented to the digital content being made available immediately.
You have the right to cancel within the initial subscription period before it ends. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods for automatic renewals.
Once you exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days, we will refund you using your original payment method no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice, and you will not incur any refund processing fees.
If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the Product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement of the Product or refund of the price paid, as determined by Boom Prompt.
This policy does not affect your legal rights as a Consumer under the laws of your country of residence regarding product quality issues, non-conformity with description, or fitness for purpose.
